Pricing
One price per seat, per month. Voice minutes are included and pooled across your whole HubSpot account. There is no AI account to set up and no separate AI bill.

How minutes work
Minutes count only while Palmer is in a live voice session with you. A session that is open but silent is not counted, and typing to Palmer does not use voice minutes. Each seat contributes its included minutes to one pool for the whole account, so a heavy user and a light user balance each other out. Admins see minutes by user on the Usage tab inside HubSpot.
Every account also has a daily limit per user, set by an admin, so a forgotten open session cannot spend a month of minutes in an afternoon.
Free trial
Every HubSpot account gets a 14-day free trial on the Starter plan, with the Starter plan's 150 pooled minutes per seat. No card is needed to start it and nothing is charged when it ends. When the trial ends, Palmer stops opening voice sessions until an admin chooses a plan.
Billing
Payments are processed by Stripe. Palmspire is the seller; applicable taxes are shown at checkout. We never see your card. Prices are shown in US dollars and charged in your local currency where available. You can change plan, add seats, or cancel at any time from the checkout portal linked on the Plan tab inside HubSpot. A cancelled subscription keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for.
If a payment fails, Palmspire Voice keeps working for seven days while you update the card.
These prices are for Palmspire Voice only. HubSpot does not bill for this app and takes no part in the transaction. You need your own HubSpot account with the objects and permissions you want Palmer to use.
