Questions we are asked most
Palmer says I do not have a seat
Your Palmspire administrator assigns seats in your account. Connect your own HubSpot user first so that you appear in the list of connected users.
Palmer cannot hear me
Check that your browser is allowed to use the microphone for this page, and that the right input device is selected in your operating system. You can always type to Palmer instead. Chrome and Edge on a desktop are the best-tested browsers.
A change went to the wrong record
Open Palmspire Voice and look at Recent changes. Property values can be restored from there for seven days, through the same approval card. For older changes, use HubSpot's property history on the record.
Palmer created a record I did not want
HubSpot's tools for AI assistants cannot delete anything, so the app cannot remove it. Choose Mark void in Recent changes: it renames the record with a "[VOID]" prefix and leaves a note, so you can find it and delete it in HubSpot.
We have run out of voice minutes
An admin can buy a minute pack from the Plan tab, or move to a plan with a larger pool. You can keep typing to Palmer while the pool is empty.
How do we stop the app writing anything at all?
Palmer can only change what each user's own HubSpot permissions allow, and never without that user approving the exact change on screen. It cannot delete records. To stop changes for someone, remove their edit permissions in HubSpot or have them disconnect from their Palmspire account. An admin can remove the app for everybody from HubSpot's Connected Apps page.
How do we remove the app?
Each user can disconnect from their Palmspire account, which revokes Palmer's access for that user only. A Super Admin can remove the app for one user or for everybody in HubSpot, under Settings, Integrations, Connected Apps. See the setup guide for the exact steps and what happens to your data.
