Terms of service
Last updated 8 September 2026. These terms are between Palmspire and the organisation that installs Palmspire Voice. By installing or using the app you accept them.
Please read this first. Palmspire Voice is an assistant powered by artificial intelligence. It can mishear you and it can misread a record. You must review every confirmation card before you press Approve. Palmer only ever performs actions that you, the signed-in HubSpot user, could perform yourself, and only after you confirm them on screen.
1. What the service does
Palmspire Voice lets a signed-in HubSpot user ask questions about their CRM by voice or by typing, and propose changes to contacts, companies, deals and tasks. Every proposed change is shown on a confirmation card with the exact values that will be written. Nothing is written until you approve that card. Each written change is recorded as a note on the record.
2. Your responsibilities
- Review each confirmation card before approving it. You are responsible for the changes you approve.
- Keep your HubSpot account, its users and its permissions correct. Palmer inherits the permissions of the signed-in user and can do nothing that user could not do.
- Do not use the app to process special categories of personal data, or in a way that breaks the law or HubSpot's own terms.
- Tell people in the room that a voice assistant is listening when you use it in a meeting.
3. What the assistant cannot do
The app cannot delete records, send email, send SMS, enrol contacts in sequences, publish web pages or blog posts, or change marketing content. HubSpot's tools for AI assistants do not offer deletion, so a record created in error cannot be removed by the app. Approving the restore of a creation marks the record void and leaves it for you to delete in HubSpot.
4. Restoring changes
For seven days after a change, property values can be restored from the recent-changes list inside the app. Restoring proposes a new change that sets the properties back, and it goes through the same confirmation card. Restoring does not undo anything a HubSpot workflow did in response to the original change, and it cannot recover a record that has since been deleted in HubSpot. HubSpot's own property history is the authoritative record of what changed and when.
5. Payment
Plans and prices are published at /pricing. Subscriptions are billed monthly per seat. Payments are processed by Stripe. Palmspire is the seller; applicable taxes are shown at checkout. We never see your card. A 14-day trial is available once per HubSpot account and needs no card. If a payment fails we continue the service for seven days. A cancelled subscription runs to the end of the period already paid for. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires it.
6. Availability and support
We aim for 99.5 percent monthly availability, excluding planned maintenance announced at least 24 hours ahead and outages at HubSpot, OpenAI or Cloudflare. Support is by email at support@palmspire.com, answered within one working day.
7. Data protection
Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy. We act as a processor for the CRM data you ask Palmer to read and change. A data processing agreement is available on request and is included with Enterprise plans.
8. Warranties and liability
The service is provided as it is. We do not warrant that the assistant's answers are accurate or that it will always hear you correctly. To the fullest extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits or lost data, and each party's total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the app at any time by disconnecting your user or uninstalling the app in HubSpot. We may suspend an account that is not paying, that is using the service in a way that breaks these terms, or that puts the service or other customers at risk. On termination we delete stored tokens immediately and remaining account data within 30 days, other than records we must keep to meet our obligations to HubSpot.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email to the account's billing contact at least 30 days before they take effect.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your own country.
